Ken Gentzler serves as our Director of Community Impact, bringing over four decades of pastoral experience to the Dream Center. He most recently served at Immanuel Church in Holland, Michigan before joining our team in Bluffton.
Ken and his wife, Renee, have been married 39 years, and their daughter, Kristin — married to Alex Reinhard — has called Bluffton home for more than a decade.
In his role, Ken ensures that the Wells County Dream Center's programs and partnerships create tangible, lasting transformation right here in Wells County. Rodney Pelsy
Director of Coffee Experience
Rodney Pelsy serves as our Director of Coffee Experience, overseeing both The Well Coffee Co. — the coffee shop inside the Wells County Dream Center — and Rod's Roast, the roasting company he founded in 2023.
Rodney's approach to coffee is rooted in something deeper than a great cup. He sees the entire process — roasting, grinding, brewing — as a reflection of a life lived as a pleasing aroma to God. Inspired by Scripture's call to be living sacrifices, his work with Rod's Roast is as much an act of worship as it is a craft — and that same heart came with him when he joined the Dream Center team in April 2026.
Rodney and his wife, Sheena, are raising their daughter, Aurora, here in Wells County.
